What's included in my monthly workspace rate?
Different workspaces offer different packages however, most flexible options will include; office furniture, IT infrastructure, telecoms systems, utilities, maintenance and cleaning services as well as access to a kitchen. Some workspaces may offer an extended range of facilities within their basic rate such as access to meeting rooms. At other centres businesses will need to pay extra to use these services. Will I need to pay a deposit on my chosen workspace?
This varies between workspaces. It is possible to sign at some business centres without paying any deposit at all. If the deposit payment is a concern for you, let your Client Advisor know. They will find you the workspace options that meet your requirement.
What size workspace do I need?
