Flexible workspaces provide ready-to-use office space on flexible monthly agreements. A typical flexible workspace is fully furnished and offers a range of onsite services and facilities; most or all of which are included within the monthly rate. They provide the freedom to grow and expand over a floor or across multiple locations. In terms of business overheads, this flexibility is invaluable.

What's included in my monthly workspace rate?

Different workspaces offer different packages however, most flexible options will include; office furniture, IT infrastructure, telecoms systems, utilities, maintenance and cleaning services as well as access to a kitchen. Some workspaces may offer an extended range of facilities within their basic rate such as access to meeting rooms. At other centres businesses will need to pay extra to use these services. Are flexible workspaces an option on a low budget?

Yes, flexible workspaces are ideal for small or young companies and start-ups due to their flexibility and all-in, hassle free pricing. Oxfordshire Offices have a broad selection of workspaces including virtual offices and co-working options as well as inexpensive private suites. 

Will I need to pay a deposit on my chosen workspace?

This varies between workspaces. It is possible to sign at some business centres without paying any deposit at all. If the deposit payment is a concern for you, let your Client Advisor know. They will find you the workspace options that meet your requirement.

What size workspace do I need?

Another great benefit of flexible workspace is that you only pay for what you need. There is no need for large leases with masses of unused space. Flexible workspaces operate on a per office basis. This means your Oxfordshire Offices Client Advisor can find your ideal workspace based simply on the number of employees who will be using it – no wasted hours working out ambiguous square meters. Access to other areas of the workspace such as lounge and kitchen space are included within the rent as they are communal for all members of the building. Just be sure to let your Client Advisor know if you need extra space for an in-office meeting room etc.
